A delicate antique Art Deco garnet brooch dating from approximately 1910–1935, crafted in tested 9ct gold and silver.
The elegant bar brooch features a round faceted red garnet at the centre, framed by stylised silver leaf motifs extending horizontally across the design. The deep red natural garnet contrasts beautifully with the mixed-metal setting, creating a refined early 20th-century floral brooch.
The gold is unmarked but tested above 9ct, while the garnet has also been tested. The brooch retains its original pin and C-hook clasp, adding to its period character and authenticity.
Garnets were traditionally associated with love, passion and protection, and were sometimes given as tokens of affection and safe return, adding romantic symbolism to this historic piece.

Returning Items
RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK USING A FULLY INSURED AND TRACKED SHIPPING SERVICE AS WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSES OR DAMAGES ON UNDER INSURED RETURN ITEMS. NOTE; ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 HOUR ONLY COVERS FOR ITEMS UP TO £100 FOR ITEMS OVER THIS VALUE USE SPECIAL DELIVERY SO THAT YOU ARE COVERED. International buyers are responsible for all import duties and costs that may be incurred.
Returned items are at buyers expense. Refunds will be issued when items have been received and inspected. (see shop policies)
Cancellations between dispatch and delivery will be charged for postage and packaging costs incurred plus a 10% restocking charge
Is my item insured?
We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for items which go missing in the post (rest assured, this is an exceptionally rare situation), we always obtain a receipt to prove that we have fulfilled our duties and have shipped the item via whichever method you selected. If you selected International Tracked delivery then we can file an insurance claim to seek reimbursement for the missing parcel up to the value of £250 (please be aware that any successful insurance claims will be forwarded to the customer upon our receipt of them and not before); however if you selected standard airmail then no compensation can be claimed.

Delivery and PO Boxes
We send all our items Royal Mail Tracked and signed or International Tracked and Signed for. We cannot deliver to PO boxes as we require a signature on delivery for the buyers protection and ours. Expedited shipping can be arranged at extra cost. UK Orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days where possible.
DHL Express Worldwide is a door-to-door time definite service. An equivalent service may be used at our discretion.
Items will arrive where possible the next working day after dispatch.
Customs may hold deliveries up, please respond to your DHL representative asap to avoid delays.
A signature will be required upon receipt. We are not responsible for import and customs charges and processing times through customs depts.
