Condition
Very good vintage condition. The opals are in excellent condition with vibrant colour and no damage. Minor oxidation and wear to the original gold vermeil finish are consistent with age and contribute to the brooch's authentic vintage charm.

Returning Items

NOTE; ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 HOUR ONLY COVERS FOR ITEMS UP TO £100 FOR ITEMS OVER THIS VALUE USE SPECIAL DELIVERY SO THAT YOU ARE COVERED. International buyers are responsible for all import duties and costs that may be incurred.

Is my item insured?
We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for items which go missing in the post (rest assured, this is an exceptionally rare situation), we always obtain a receipt to prove that we have fulfilled our duties and have shipped the item via whichever method you selected. If you selected International Tracked delivery then we can file an insurance claim to seek reimbursement for the missing parcel up to the value of £250 (please be aware that any successful insurance claims will be forwarded to the customer upon our receipt of them and not before); however if you selected standard airmail then no compensation can be claimed.

Delivery and PO Boxes
We send all our items Royal Mail Tracked and signed or International Tracked and Signed for. We cannot deliver to PO boxes as we require a signature on delivery for the buyers protection and ours. Expedited shipping can be arranged at extra cost. UK Orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days where possible.
DHL Express Worldwide is a door-to-door time definite service. An equivalent service may be used at our discretion.
Items will arrive where possible the next working day after dispatch.
Customs may hold deliveries up, please respond to your DHL representative asap to avoid delays.
