Edwardian heirloom locket silver vesta case pendant dates 1904, 24.5 grams. This is an
ornately engraved case with full English hallmarks, a maker’s mark for ‘J G’, Lion Passant
indicating its sterling silver quality and a stamp for Birmingham, England, dates 1904 - 1905.
Engraved to both sides with a blank cartouche to the front and a side loop/bale so it can be
used as a pendant of keepsake locket for small treasures.
Its dimensions are; L 44 mm x W 41 mm x D 11.3 mm, having a weight of 24.5 grams. Some
associated wear commensurate with age and normal usage with an unsprung hinge,
cleaned and polished ready for a new chapter in its life. Craftsmanship at its best and in
excess of 100 years old, a true quality item to be passed down to future generations.
This pendant will come in a box and with the 20 inch corded necklace as shown in the photos so it can be
gifted ready to wear for that special someone

Is my item insured?
We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for items which go missing in the post (rest assured, this is an exceptionally rare situation), we always obtain a receipt to prove that we have fulfilled our duties and have shipped the item via whichever method you selected. If you selected International Tracked delivery then we can file an insurance claim to seek reimbursement for the missing parcel up to the value of £250 (please be aware that any successful insurance claims will be forwarded to the customer upon our receipt of them and not before); however if you selected standard airmail then no compensation can be claimed.

Expidited shipping can be arranged at extra cost. We are not responsible for import and customs charges and processing times through customs depts.
